This is where your visitors really start digging into who you are. This is done through search and paid content. The goal is to help your customers learn about what you have to offer.

We use landing pages within your website to focus on their problems, and send them through to social media accounts to see that you’re alive.

Last but not least, we make sure your customers have a way to request more information, download sample reports, flyers, brochures, etc.

How are they buying your services? Do they need to visit your business? Can it be done via the phone? Can they go through your website?

This stage focuses on helping your visitors buy your services. We mainly focus on your website to eliminate roadblocks from the consideration stage to the purchase stage. We implement chat features or booking features like the Agency Management Platform to help visitors get in touch with you.

Now we need to help them receive the help they need. This is typically done by integrating a management system. From there, you’ll be able to help provide customer support to your customers, answer questions, give updates, invoice your clients appropriately, and send marketing campaigns throughout the investigation.

We also help you implement social channel help centers, knowledge base articles, and support channels.

During this stage, most people kill the relationship. Here is where people become “one time clients.” After the investigation is complete, your team needs to activate your clients and turn them into brand ambassadors. Depending on your case, hopefully they won’t come back again, but they may send you a friend or acquaintance.

We’re talking about sending offers via the invoice platform, offering promotions, sending links to blogs and educational articles. This is our time to try and to collect reviews, testimonials, and raving statements to help other people become “aware” of your company.
