Terms & Conditions

Terms of Service

I would like to start off by saying thanks for visiting Investigator Marketing. Throughout these Terms and Conditions the terms “we” and “our” will refer to Investigator Marketing and InvestigatorMarketing.com

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

We deservethe right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this website is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of this website.

REFUND POLICY

All Sales are Final.  Since we allow the customer to review and we make every effort to satisfy the (customer’s) requested changes before finalizing, no refunds will be issued. In other words, be open about your expectations and let us know if you would like to change anything prior to launching the website, signing off on the final works, or submitting the content.

REFUND ON DOWNLOAD DOCUMENTS

A refund will be given only if the downloaded documents are not as described. Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products because they do not fit your brand, colors, company needs, or have issues in modifying the templates to fit your individual needs. The information or knowledge that the material is intended to convey, which is the product, in effect has already been consumed by you. We provide many avenues to contact our team via the website if you have questions ahead of time. We stand behind our templates and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why. Once a document has been downloaded, we no longer have control of our product and although, in many cases, guarantees are made that our template will not be used, this guarantee can not be verified by all parties involved.

TEMPLATE AND DOCUMENT GUARANTEES

All of our documents have been designed and perfected from actual practical application and experience, and with the intention of helping investigators have a better image within their company. These templates are created in Microsoft Word. While they can be modified using other software, the functionality is not guaranteed in any other software outside MS Word. Remember, these are templates. A template is a sample, a guide, an example. They will give you an excellent starting point; you may even find some are already perfect for you without much customization. However, they are not intended to be the final product. Although they are thorough and comprehensive, they are nonetheless designed more with a mind toward giving you direction and helping you finalize your company files and documents.
