CaseSwap allows you to submit assignments to only the private investigators that meet your criteria. It works by allowing investigators across the United States to register for an account, and then allowing the investigators to submit cases and receive cases that meet the services they offer. Rather than sending a blast email to all investigators in the US, CaseSwap allows you to target investigators within individual states that can work your cases.
The Design
We designed CaseSwap from the ground up with ease of use in mind. Investigators are able to register to the website, assign cases, and control their e-mail accounts easily from within their custom client dashboards. Submitting a case was simplified to allow visitors and investigators to submit cases within seconds.
